 I’ve chartered yachts in Turkey a few times. Another excellent company is Sail in Turkey. Their fleet is well-maintained and their crew is very professional. For routes, besides Marmaris to Fethiye, consider Bodrum to Datça. It’s a bit less crowded and you’ll find some hidden gems like the village of Palamutbükü and the ancient ruins of Knidos.
